Prescription Procedures
Pharmacy Hours

* Please note: During the months of daylight saving time (Mar - Nov), the AZ Pharmacy hours coincide with PST rather than MST.
Welcome to Women's International Pharmacy. Please take a few moments
to read our procedures so that you may fully understand the services offered by our Pharmacy.
New Prescripions
Your licensed practitioner may phone in your new prescription order(s) by speaking directly to a pharmacist
or leaving the prescription order on our 24-hour voicemail line.
A new prescription order may be mailed to Women's International Pharmacy. When mailing in a prescription order,
please provide the following information - please print clearly.

Address (Street, City, and Zip Code)
Daytime Phone Number
Date of Birth

Refill Prescriptions
After receiving your initial prescription, we recommend that you reorder your prescription at least seven (7) days
prior to needing your medication. Doing this may prevent an unnecessary lapse in your therapy.
You may reorder your prescription by using any one of the methods shown below. All orders will require payment at
the time of order.
- Automatic Mail Service: Refills may be automatically shipped.
- Automated Refill Line: 800.279.5708 (press option 2 then press option 2)
- Online Refills: Order refills on our secure website.
- Refill Order Form: Located at the bottom of the invoice, payment is required at time of order.
- Speak to a technician: 800.279.5708 (press option 2 then press option 4)
If you are picking up an order at the pharmacy, make this request when you place your order. Allow 24 hours to process your prescription. Please call our automated prescription refill line to check if you order is ready to pick up at 800-279-5708, press option 2.
Shipping
When orders are received, we make every effort to process them within 24 hours. Orders are then shipped by USPS
Priority Mail®, with Delivery Confirmation™. If you provide us with your email
address, an electronic notification will be sent at the time of shipping.
According to the US Postal Service®, delivery should be within 2-3 business days.
If you require a faster delivery method, we offer other expedited services (at an additional charge), such as FedEx®, UPS®, and USPS
Express Mail®. If expedited services are desired, please make that request when
you place your order.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order and can be made in several convenient ways:
- Call 800.279.5708 (press option 4) for our Billing Department to pay by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. At your request, we can keep your credit card on file to automatically bill all future orders when ordered by you or your practitioner.
Insurance
A Prescription Information Sheet with a pharmacist signature is included with each prescription and can be used to file claims
with your insurance company and/or for tax purposes. If you are eligible for reimbursements, you will be paid directly from your insurance company.
See the Reimbursement Guidelines to assist in filing with
your insurance. Please note you are required to pay in full at the time of the order.
